If you have already emailed with Barley and confirmed your place in a custom class (The Portfolio Class 1 and 2 / a prorated class / private lessons / etc)
- Pay the agreed upon amount via Paypal or Stripe ACH noting either the TID (transaction ID for Paypal or / customer number for Stripe) as you must add that information to this form for our tracking purposes.
